Payment of Services Rendered

The rate at C2MECC, LLC is $175.00 and accepts only cash payments at this time. Upon scheduling an appointment, full payment is expected. You are able to make your secure payments through Stripe for your safety and convenience. Appointments booked and not paid 24 hours prior to services, will be voided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

C2MECC, LLC understands that things happen in our lives that are beyond our control. When these things happen, you are requested to notify this office within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. You will be charged $95.00 if you fail to cancel an appointment with C2MECC, LLC within 24 hours. Payment and keeping appointments are therapeutic goals that are just as important as the goals developed during your therapeutic journey. You also need to know YOU will be billed for your non-canceled appointments as insurance companies nor Medicaid pays for these.

C2MECC, LLC hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 noon and weekends are by appointment only. C2MECC, LLC does not answer the phone while in session however, you will be able to access voice mail. Voice mail is checked through the days of operation and calls are returned as promptly as possible. If your call is of an emergency nature, please contact your primary physician or go the hospital emergency room for assistance.
