Payment For Counseling Services

 The current rate for counseling services at Committed 2 Me Counseling Center, LLC is $175 for a 50-minute session.

Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled session and may be made securely through the client portal using Stripe. Appointments that have not been paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged a $95 late-cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is the client’s responsibility and is not billed to insurance or Medicaid.

Consistent attendance and communication are important parts of the counseling process, and clients are encouraged to contact the office as soon as possible when scheduling concerns arise.

Committed 2 Me Counseling Center, LLC provides virtual counseling by appointment.

Oregon Clients — Pacific Time
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Texas Clients — Central Time
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Appointment confirmations will display the scheduled time. 

Please verify the time zone when scheduling.

Phone and Messages

Calls are not answered while counseling sessions are in progress. Voicemail is checked during business days, and messages are returned as promptly as possible.

Committed 2 Me Counseling Center, LLC is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
