It is the desire of C2MECC, LLC to assist individuals in reaching their personal goals of emotional, social, spiritual and physical well-being.
The Therapeutic Journey
The therapy journey can be an emotionally painful one. You will be sharing information with this therapist that you would not share with a best friend. This process takes time, effort, trust and not to mention money. You should feel comfortable about the therapy process and the therapist. C2MECC, LLC suggest to anyone seeking therapy to “try on” a therapist like you would a pair of new shoes. If it is a good fit, you know it. If it is not, well, you know that too.
The benefits of therapy and the risks involved should be weighed before you enter the therapeutic process. The benefits of therapy are endless. The benefits are determined by you. The risks, however, require a closer look.
Once you begin the therapeutic journey other problems can and will arise. You may experience uncomfortable feels, depressed moods, overwhelming sadness, anxiety, anger and a great deal of frustration.
Other risks involved, reliving past traumas, embarrassment, shame and guilt about using seeing a therapist. Some individuals see those who have a need for therapy as “wigged out” or “loopie”.
Those individual you trust to share that you’re are seeking therapy, may not respond or be as supportive as you once thought them to be. C2MECC, LLC, also cautions you to know, your situation may become worse before it gets better.

USE OF CURRENT TECHNOLOGY
In keeping with the ever changing technology, C2MeCC, LLC conducts their sessions virtually. (I use simple practice and I think there is a trade mark on their name) You will need a valid email address to receive a link for your session. Two days prior to your session, you will receive a reminder text and email of you scheduled appointment. Please check your junk or spam email in the event you do not see your link.
OUR CLIENTS
C2MECC, LLC hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 noon and weekends are by appointment only. C2MECC, LLC does not answer the phone while in session however, you will be able to access voice mail. Voice mail is checked through the days of operation and calls are returned as promptly as possible. If your call is of an emergency nature, please contact your primary physician or go the hospital emergency room for assistance.
